There’s a New Way to Share Feedback with Virginia Tax

There’s a new way to share your feedback with Virginia Tax! We’ve added a new, streamlined survey to our site and online filing and payment applications that lets you share your experience interacting with them. We’ll use the information you provide to keep improving the web experience for all Virginia taxpayers.  

To access the survey, please select the Feedback tab on the right side of the page you’re on.  

We want to hear from you, but remember, please do not enter any tax account information, like your social security number, into the survey. For account specific inquiries, please contact us by phone or secure message.
