Online business registration will be temporarily unavailable beginning September 1. If you have started a registration, please complete and submit it by August 31 at 11:59pm. Any saved registration drafts that have not been submitted will be deleted as part of this transition.

Our Online Services are Changing

Starting this fall, our online services are changing. When we're done with the transition, you'll be able to file, pay, and manage all of your taxes in one place. This will be a 4-year implementation process, with different taxes moving to our new, modernized Online Services platform each year. We'll be maintaining multiple systems for a few years. Our goal is to minimize disruptions during this transition as we improve and modernize our systems.

Beginning June 2026, the exemption certificates issued through Nonprofit Online will have a new look. If you have an older-style exemption certificate, don’t worry – if it hasn’t expired, your certificate is still good.

We are currently experiencing heavier than normal call volumes. Our phone lines will remain open until 5 pm, but you may experience longer than normal wait times.
