New business registration temporarily unavailable Sept. 1 through Sept. 8
Online business registration will be temporarily unavailable beginning September 1. If you have started a registration, please complete and submit it by August 31 at 11:59pm. Any saved registration drafts that have not been submitted will be deleted as part of this transition.
Online business registration will be available again September 8 in our new Online Services platform. This is part of a larger effort to modernize our online services for taxpayers. Learn more at tax.virginia.gov/modernize.
