Guidance Regarding Chapter 571, 2025 Acts of Assembly: Virginia Tax is actively working on developing a plan on how to prioritize information and communications technology to meet federal Section 508 standards adopted pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 794d, Section 255 guidelines adopted pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 255, and 28 C.F.R. § 35.200. Such plan will be made available when Virginia Tax files its legislative report, as required by such act.
